All Things Thursday: Hottest Restaurant in New York Edition

All Things Thursday: Hottest Restaurant in New York EditionBienvenue and Happy All Things Thursday!

I’ve really missed you guys. I have been otherwise engaged for a while, but who cares? I’m here now and that’s all that matters.

Have you heard about the new hottest restaurant in New York City? I bet you can’t guess where it’s located. Well, um…I can’t hear your answers so I’m guessing you all are wrong. The hottest table in the city is located in a dorm at Columbia University. Say what, now?!

Two weeks ago Jonah Reider, a student at Columbia started a prixe fix bistro called Pith. Four nights of the week, he serves five to eight course meals out of the dorm’s communal kitchen. If you’re in New York and so inclined, he takes reservations on Yelp; but you may be out of luck as Pith is booked through the winter break.
