Guinness Affogato
- 1 pint of coffee ice cream
- 1 can or bottle of Guinness Extra Stout
- chocolate syrup
- whip cream
- sprinkles
- Scoop ice cream into blender or processor.
- Pulse a few times to soften ice cream.
- Add ¼ cup of Guinness. Reserve the remaining beer to pound later.
- Pulse a few more times or until preferred consistency is achieved.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup into glass.
- Fill glass with shake.
- Top with whip cream and sprinkles.
- Enjoy!
