Guinness Affogato

  • 1 pint of coffee ice cream
  • 1 can or bottle of Guinness Extra Stout
  • chocolate syrup
  • whip cream
  • sprinkles
  1. Scoop ice cream into blender or processor.
  2. Pulse a few times to soften ice cream.
  3. Add ¼ cup of Guinness. Reserve the remaining beer to pound later.
  4. Pulse a few more times or until preferred consistency is achieved.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup into glass.
  6. Fill glass with shake.
  7. Top with whip cream and sprinkles.
  8. Enjoy!
